UltimateRewards.com is a Responsive e-commerce site that provides a personalized experience for 22MM+ users, and full travel booking capabilities on par with well-known travel retailers.
Chase CRM program
Using a test & learn model to craft the most successful communications, we evolved the tone-of-voice across all Chase consumer cards (Sapphire, Ink, Freedom, Slate) while staying true to each brand’s DNA.
Responsibilities
I led four creative teams on this $10MM+ account, identified efficiencies, created brand guides, and led design thinking workshops for stakeholders. This resulted in better partnerships and high quality creative at a lower cost.
